  • 물품 포장 상태가 한 변이 130cm 이상, 혹은 전체 변의 합이 200cm 이상 일 경우 혹은 무게가 30kg 초과할 경우 우체국 택배로 발송이 불가합니다.
  • 미세한 박스 손상건의 경우 제품에만 이상이 없으면 바로바로 출고하고 있습니다. (미국내 운송 중 제품 포장박스의 손상이 발생할 수 있는점 유념해주세요.)
  • 고의적인 파손으로 인해 물류센터 및 구매대행 업체에 보상을 요구하는 경우가 있습니다. 현재 물류센터 모든 포장과정 및 출고 과정을 CCTV를 통해 촬영하고 있습니다. 미국 현지 물류센터 증거자료가 보관되고 있으므로 고의적인 파손 후 교환 요청시 불이익이 없도록 유의하시기 바랍니다.
  • 밀봉 된 상품의 경우 물류센터에서 확인이 불가능합니다. (러그, 완제품 등)
  • 블루레이, DVD, 게임소프트(닌텐도) 등은 국가 코드 차이로 인해 국내에서 정식 발매 및 판매중인 플레이어나 콘솔, 기기 등에서는 가동되지 않을 수 있으므로 구매 시 상품 상세페이지의 국가 코드, 지역 코드 등을 꼭 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
